The British Allied Trades Federation
(BATF) formerly The British Jewellery, Giftware and Finishing Federation (BJGF)
is a Federation of trade associations, representing companies in the design,
manufacture and supply of giftware, travel goods and finishing industries. The
offices are conveniently located in the Jewellery Quarter area of Birmingham,
where many jewellery businesses are located.
TCMS have been servicing this contract
since 2007. Immediately upon award, a team was allocated to implement the
mobilisation phase. It comprised a Contract Manager; a Contract Supervisor
nominated for the on-site role through to daily office cleaning operatives
awarded the task of ensuring TCMS’s high standards were to prevail. Throughout
the mobilisation period, meetings were held with their Client to ensure that
they were updated on all aspects of the service transfer.
